4. Pre-Construction Contract
If both parties align, we enter into a planning only agreement that allows us to design, price, and problem solve. This ensures your ability to confidently make an informed decision on construction.
5. Design & Budget Development

You move forward only when scope, pricing, and expectations are fully understood and in alignment with what you are looking for. Refinements can be made as required in this step.
