Full-Time Project Manager

Job Description:

NOW HIRING a full-time project manager with a passion for the contracting and business industry. The ideal candidate will require  a red seal carpentry education with management experience, and or a business diploma with construction/trades experience. This position is both on and off site and would warrant office/technology knowledge. 

​

Key Responsibilities:

- Have excellent management skills and problem solving abilities.

- Manage customers and employees on a day to day basis.

- Work in both office and job site settings.

- Provide quotes and estimates to potential customers/projects. 

- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

- Ability to pull a utility trailer. 

- Work both independently and as part of a team on various projects.

- Demonstrate reliability in attendance and transportation to ensure smooth project progression.

​

Requirements:

- Red Seal Carpenter with minimum 5 years experience

- Experience in managing multiple crews and job sites (5-10+ people)

- Confident in managing, guiding and teaching others

- Strong business sense

- Experience in dealing with Customer service and employee relations.

- Technical savvy, ability to use software programs for estimating, quoting, scheduling, etc.

- Must have reliable transportation to access different job sites.

- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Strong willingness to learn and take directions from other experienced carpenters.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Ability to work independently.
