Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty, shows up consistently, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support our carpenters and apprentices. Work will vary day-to-day and requires a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters, leads, and apprentices with a variety of tasks on job sites.
Perform general labor duties including site prep, cleanup, material handling, and demolition.
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools as needed.
Follow direction from supervisors and be ready to step in wherever help is required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Support the team to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Strong work ethic and willingness to do physically demanding and dirty work.
Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance is a must.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
Ability to take direction and work under supervision.
Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working on your feet for extended periods.
Previous experience in construction or general labor.
Basic familiarity with tools and job site safety.
