Brian Madill

With over 40 years of industry experience Brian is the guy everyone wants working on their project. Some of his specialties are tiling, drywalling, flooring, framing and finishing. Brian is meticulous and a great teacher to the rest of our team. He is a wealth of knowledge. Brian enjoys fishing, camping and gardening on his off time. His favorite part of the job is the finishings of projects, he enjoys being kept busy!

Journeyman Carpenter

Scott Holman

After graduating high school in England, Scott took to his Carpentry Apprenticeship at Selkirk College. He has been in the industry 24 years with the last 7 being a full Red Seal Journeyman. Scott niches are concrete, formwork, concrete stairs, framing, roofs and decks. He loves to work outside and isn't afraid of getting dirty. Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and kayaking!

Kai Holmstrom

Kai has been in the industry for 15 years and a Red Seal Journeyman the last 4 years. He has experience doing under water construction and diving professionally.
Kai really is the jack of all trades and enjoys everything from foundations to finishing and anything in between. On his off time he enjoys spending time with his Wife and Daughter, playing slow pitch, woodworking and golfing!

Journeyman Carpenter

Steven Winje ("Win-Gee")

Winje has been working in the industry for 6 years and has recently completed his carpentry apprenticeship and painting apprenticeship now being a Red Seal Journeyman. Aside from his happy go lucky self some of his niches include drywalling, painting and interior finishing. He enjoys working on high end projects as well as continuing to develop his skills. On his off time Winje is a Training officer at Robson Fire Department, he also enjoys paddleboarding on the river and spending time with his Wife!

McLean Horton

As our longest standing employee McLean has been in the industry 5 years. He has recently completed his carpentry apprenticeship and is now a Red Seal Journeyman. McLean is always happy and eager to learn! He enjoys finishing work the most and doing final touches at the end of projects. McLean is a Fire fighter at Salmo Fire Department and has a "healthy" obsession with Milwaukee tools!

Spencer has been working in the trades industry for 11 years. He enjoys framing and building houses start to finish. Spencer also has experience with plumbing and enjoys doing small projects on the side. Outside of work Spencer enjoys spending time with his family.
